1.Cost of Delivery

Delivery is Free of Charge for Orders of £35.00 and over.

2. Delivery Locations.

Q.L.C will deliver to Mainland Uk, N/Ireland/and Eire. We do not deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles or Isles of Scilly.

Q.L.C will not deliver to P.O Box addresses. We will contact you in advance if your Post Code is remote to inform you of any further additional delivery charges.

3. Floor Delivery

Charges. The Delivery driver is contracted to deliver your items to the address stated on your order. It is important to include the floor number on your order.

Due to Insurance the courier will only be allowed to deliver Furniture to the ground floor. You should also take into consideration access problems (e.g Doors, Corridors, and Steps) when you order. You may be requested to answer some basic access questions if you purchase large furniture items or safes.

4. Order Signatures

If a person unknown signs for any delivery then please contact our customer services team. We will provide proof of delivery in hard copy form for you to examine if you still fail to recognise the signature our inquiry team will investigate with the carrier. We will continually update you as to our findings.

5. Back Order Cancellation

Due to circumstances beyond our control some orders may be out of stock, you will be informed immediately by e.mail if this is the case. The rest of your order will be dispatched next day service.

You may cancel your back order or wait for automatic delivery on the due date.

There is no extra charge for back orders.

Your e.mail will have notification of the due date we expect to receive stock. Due date changes are rare but manufacturers dictate stock deliveries, back order items will be dispatched as soon as we receive them.

6. Items Not Ordered

If you receive an item that you did not order please inform us immediately in order that we may collect the product from you.

You can inform us by clicking here. Please provide us with the information we require Q.L.C will send you a returns number by e.mail.

Collections are usually within 3 days.

7. Delivery Dates

Orders should be placed before 5pm if you wish to receive next day delivery. Orders received on Friday evenings Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries are between 9am and 6pm Mon-Fri our courier is ---------- you can track orders at any time click here.

Exceptions. Items such as furniture, electrical or special orders may have a longer delivery lead time as detailed alongside product description furniture will only be delivered above ground level if there is a lift access.

8. Tracking Orders

You can track the progress of all your orders by clicking here.

Please note. Special orders Furniture or safes cannot be tracked.

9. Missing Items from Order

Please check your e.mail and dispatch note to confirm that an item is not on backorder before raising a query. If nothing further is expected please inform us of this by clicking here.

Any shortage in your order needs to be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.

10. Products Not Required

For free collection of your unwanted item please contact us within 14 days of delivery click here.

Important. items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you are returning a business machine it must be in an unopened box excluding damage.

We will e.mail you a returns number, unwanted items will be collected within 3 working days of issuing the returns number. You will be issued a credit within 1 week of collection.

If you paid by credit/debit card your refund will appear on your next credit/debit statement.

11. Damaged Items.

If your goods arrived damaged please contact us by clicking here.

Faulty goods must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. 

Replacement goods will be dispatched next day.

12. Faulty Goods

If products develop a fault after use please contact the manufacturer. If however you receive them in a faulty condition then please contact us by clicking here.
