Contract Formation

Orders on this site are non binding between the customer and Q.L.C until Q.L.C accepts your order and the customer receives a vat inclusive invoice from Q.L.C

 Q.L.C reserves the right not to accept orders. Our business is based on supplying the home owner and small business with office consumables, supplies and equipment. Q.L.C reserves the right to refuse orders we deem to be placed by resellers.

 Order confirmation is for the convenience of the customer and does not constitute an acceptance of said order until Q.L.C sends an e.mail to the customer communicating to the customer our acceptance whether or not the e.mail is received.

 All sums due from the customer to Q.L.C shall have been paid before the title in the goods pass to the customer.


Pricing
 

Retail Recommended Price used on this site represents exclusively the manufacturers suggested selling price. Prices are not meant to be suggestive of  selling prices at any time or any area.

 Despite paying due regard and carefully analysing pricing an item could be priced wrongly. If an items price is lower than the price quoted to the customer then Q.L.C will charge the lower amount. If due to a miscalculation the price is higher Q.L.C reserves the right to cancel the said order even if the order has been confirmed by and charged to the customer’s credit card. Q.L.C could at its own discretion decide to honour the lower price.

Delivery

 Q.L.C will deliver our customers orders within normal working hours within 1 business day from the receipt of your order before 5pm. Any orders received after 3pm may be delivered within 2 working days. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control orders may become misplaced or held in transit. If for any reason Q.L.C cannot fulfil it’s commitments to the customer in regards to it’s order  the customer will be notified immediately to arrange a new order or if necessary cancel the order in which case Q.L.C will provide a full refund.

Your Order

Sometimes it may become necessary to substitute goods in our customers order with products equivalent to the nature of the customers selection. An example would be red folders instead of blue folders. Q.L.C reserves the right in such circumstances to substitute the product Unless specifically requested by the customer.  Substituted goods may at the customers discretion be returned for a full refund.

Communication

Q.L.C May contact customers to pass on special offers without violating the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003. Communication

Between Q.L.C and the customer will have the option to opt-out for the customer.
