How do I return Items Q.L.C will collect unwanted items provided we are contacted within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full credit for these items. Items will be collected free of charge. To return unwanted or damaged items please click here 2. How Will My Goods Be Collected Goods will be collected within 3 working days of issuing you with a returns number. Please ensure that goods are in their original boxes and packaged. The courier will not collect unlisted products so please make sure that your returned items correspond with the couriers returns list. If items have not been collected within 5 days of receiving your returns number please contact us. 3. Missing Order Items If you have missing goods from your order please check your delivery note to see if any items are on back order before raising a query. If nothing further is expected please click here We will track your order for you and resolve any problems to your satisfaction 4. Not Ordered Items If you receive an item that you did not order please inform us immediately in order that we may collect the product from you. Q.L.C will collect free of charge any item that you did not order. You can inform us by clicking here. Items Ordered in Error If you order an Item by mistake Click Here You will be e.mailed a returns number and the items will be collected within 3 working days. When we receive the returned items we will issue a credit note providing the items have not been used and are in a resalable condition. You can place a new order for the item you initially intended to purchase. Good that have been ordered and delivered cannot be returned. 6. Faulty Items Please report immediately if you receive a product that is faulty. Inform us of faulty goods by clicking here. 7. Statutory Rights By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, and software products where the sealed wrapping has been removed.
